Abel d'Ailly is a fellow on the Innovative economy dossier. He previously worked at the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Climate Policy on innovation, financing and broad prosperity, and before that at the Ministry of Finance and at de Argumentenfabriek. He studied economics and PPE (Philosophy, Politics and Economics) in Amsterdam.
After more than four years in government he grew restless and made the move to the Delta Institute, where he works on ways to raise the productivity and innovative capacity of the Dutch economy.
