Oscar Lepoeter is a fellow on the AI Plan and Procurement dossiers. After studying cultural history, where he graduated on education reform, he held a number of roles in education, among them primary school teacher, teacher trainer and curriculum development.
Working on digital literacy made clear that education — and society — cannot deal with major technological change from the outside on its own. With that in mind he set out to bring about change within organisations, at the intersection of technology and people. As one of the six authors of the AI Delta Plan he arrived at the Delta Institute, where he now works on the AI Plan and Procurement dossiers.
